communicate.

It's by using imagery, words and that you. Nothing strange about that really - imagine visiting Japan for the first time without knowing Japanese and you can maybe get a sense of how someone different from you might experiencing being in contact with your organisation.

2. Your norms, bias and privileges.

  • We offer a more open and inclusive environment in reference to awareness of imagery and use of words. We are constantly training our business coaches in diversity in all aspects of their work - for example gender, ethnicity, backgrounds, business fields and values. The coaches are also trained in ”need based coaching” which gives the entrepreneur a higher probability go get the right type of support at the right time. For example this has made us expand our support around sustainability and Agenda 2030.

  • We also offer group coaching since women has expressed a great need of role models and have interest in learning more about other female entrepreneurs and their journeys. We are also offering different case studies, workshops and networking.

  • We offer a combination of digital and physical support. The digital support attracts women with children or difficulties to attend programs on office hours or if they have difficulties traveling. 

  • We work with new approaches to sales - less ”vacuum cleaner salesmen pitching techniques” and more relationship based and need orientated.

  • We have developed new approaches to financing - less vc and more crowd funding and have established a workshop format for direct investing with newly established local networks. We have also developed new screening processes for established investors to use.

  • We have also worked with new approaches to success - what are the goals, what do we want to measure, how to scale sustainable (economically, environmentally and in regard to the human aspects).

  • We have mentorship programs with expertise in new fields, previously unknown to our business coaches.
